Returns & Exchanges

At Asha By ADM, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
